Newly Opened Flemington Ice Cream Shop Features Flights With All Your Favorite Flavors

A newly opened ice cream shop is bringing all of your favorite sweet treats to Hunterdon County in the unique form of flights.

Humdoo Ice Cream held its official ribbon-cutting ceremony Saturday at 20 Stangl Rd. in Flemington.

The shop offers countless ice cream flavors as well as specialty sundaes and “scoopwich” ice cream sandwiches. Vegan options are also available.

Perhaps most interestingly, Humdoo makes it easy for customers with seriously sweet cravings to indulge in their favorite flavors with the offering of customizable ice cream flights.

"We are so happy to finally be open!” owner Gabriella Truppi, a 22-year-old Whitehouse Station resident and Hunterdon Central Regional High School grad, told Daily Voice. “This has been my life long dream and I just can't believe I'm living it!"

Humdoo Ice Cream is open Sunday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 12 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
